Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By signing in to the Vyzov app and confirming my consent on the sign-in screen, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, specifically, informedly and consciously give my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below. This consent is set out separately from other documents, as required by Part 1 of Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

This is an English translation of the Russian document published at vsport.fun/consent, with an addition for users outside Russia at the end.

Purposes of processing

  • registration, signing in to the app and protecting the account;
  • operation of the app's features: profile, workouts, feed, stories, messages, challenges, leaderboard, people in my city, "Nearby";
  • reports, tasks and working with a coach; marathons;
  • the Nutrition section: calculating the norm, the diary, suggesting meal plans and recipes - if I have turned it on;
  • nutrition of my children - if I have created their profiles;
  • suggesting safe workout programmes based on my health answers;
  • delivering notifications;
  • moderation and handling of reports;
  • replying to my requests;
  • protecting the service from abuse.

List of data

  • phone number;
  • password - if I have set one, only as an irreversible hash;
  • name, city, sports, "about me" text, weekly goal;
  • information about the workouts I publish or count towards a challenge: sport, time, duration, distance, pace, elevation gain, route, and heart rate - if I have turned on showing it myself; including information obtained with my permission from Apple Health;
  • messages, comments, "fire" reactions, friend requests, challenges, blocks, reports;
  • photos, reports (food, weight, wellbeing, sleep, workouts, notes), tasks and completion marks;
  • information about myself as a coach - if I have turned on the coach profile;
  • with the Nutrition section turned on: sex, year and month of birth, height, weight, body fat percentage, activity, goal, diet, allergies, liked and disliked foods, food diary, my own foods and recipes;
  • data of my children's profiles, if I have created them: name, sex, year and month of birth, height, weight, activity, allergies, food diary;
  • health answers before workouts and progress in workout programmes;
  • device token for notifications;
  • approximate location (a cell of about 5 km) - only with the "Nearby" feature turned on;
  • IP address and technical information about requests to the server.

Actions with data and methods of processing

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated, with transmission over the internet. Data is stored on servers in Russia; it is not transferred from Russia to other countries.

Transfer to third parties

I agree that my phone number is passed to the call service zvonok.com, which, on behalf of the operator, calls me with a sign-in code or checks my call to the verification number when I sign in with "Call us". What other users see is determined by a separate consent to disclosure and my privacy settings.

Term

The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. After that, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.

How to withdraw

The consent can be withdrawn at any time:

  • in the app: Profile - Settings - "Delete account and all data";
  • by email to davydovsergey96@yandex.ru with the phone number of the account.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. The app cannot work without this data, so after withdrawal it cannot be used. The operator may continue processing without consent only in cases expressly provided for by law.

For users outside Russia

This section is an addition to the English version for users in the EU, the UK and other countries.

  • Health data. I give my explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR) to the processing of the health data listed above - heart rate, workouts and routes from Apple Health, health answers before workouts, and the data of the Nutrition section and my children's profiles - for the purposes above. I give it separately for each of these features when I turn it on, and I can withdraw it at any time by turning the feature off.
  • Transfer to Russia. I understand that the operator's servers are located in the Russian Federation, that my personal data, including health data and approximate location, will be transferred to and processed in Russia, and that Russia does not have an EU adequacy decision, so its law may not protect my data to the same level as the law of the EU or the UK. I agree to this transfer. Details are in the privacy policy.
  • Age. I confirm that, if I live outside Russia, I am 16 or older.
  • My rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, are listed in the privacy policy.
