To help us help you faster, tell us your iPhone model, the iOS and app versions, what exactly does not work and, if possible, attach a screenshot. We review reports of violations within 24 hours and requests about personal data within 10 working days.
How to sign in
Choose your country and enter your phone number. A number will call you right away - you do not need to answer. Enter the last 4 digits of the number that called you: that is the code. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
Why a call and not SMS or Sign in with Apple
A call arrives faster than an SMS and is free for you. Russian law (Federal Law No. 149-FZ) does not allow Russian users to sign in through Apple, Google and other foreign services, so sign-in is by phone number only. Your number is not shown to other users.
The call does not come
Check the number and your connection. If "Silence Unknown Callers" is on, the call will not ring, but the number will appear in your recent calls - you can take the code from there. You can request another call after a minute, no more than 5 times an hour.
How to delete my account
Profile - Settings - "Delete account and all data". Everything stored on the server is deleted immediately and cannot be restored. Workouts in Apple Health stay on your device. Details are on the account deletion page.
How to hide where I live
Profile - Settings - "Hide home". Others will see the route without its first and last 500 metres. It is on by default. You can also publish a workout with "only me" visibility - nobody will see it, but it will still count towards a challenge.
How to turn off "Nearby"
With one tap on the "Nearby" screen or in Profile - Settings. The feature is off by default anyway and switches itself off after 4 hours. Even when it is on, it shows others an area of about 5 km, not a point.
How to close my profile
Profile - Settings: "Who can see my profile" and "Who can message me" - everyone, friends or nobody. By default - friends. Taking part in the city leaderboard is turned off there too.
How to report or block someone
In the "..." menu of a profile, workout, comment or message - "Report" or "Block". We review reports within 24 hours. A blocked person cannot see you anywhere in the app.
Where my data is stored
On servers in Russia. Apple Health data stays on your device; only the workouts you have published yourself or counted towards a challenge reach the server. Details are in the privacy policy, including what this means for users outside Russia.
