Consent to the Disclosure of Personal Data

This is a consent to the processing of personal data that the data subject has permitted for disclosure, under Article 10.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ. It is set out separately from the other consents. I give it by confirming my consent on the sign-in screen of the Vyzov app. Silence or inaction does not count as consent.

Operator and where the data is visible

The information resource is the Vyzov mobile app for iPhone and Apple Watch and its server (vsport.fun). The data is visible only to users signed in to the app. Profiles and workouts are not published on the website or in search engines.

Purpose

To show my profile, workouts and results to other users so that I can communicate, train with friends and compete.

What others can see

Name and sports - to app users in the list of people in my city, the leaderboard and challenges. Those to whom my profile is closed see only my first name without my surname.
Place in the city leaderboard and distance for the period - to users in my city, while taking part in the leaderboard is turned on. It is on by default.
City, "about me", distance for the week, average pace, records - to those to whom my profile is open. By default - to friends.
Workouts with a route, "fire" reactions and comments on them - according to the visibility I choose for each workout: everyone, friends or only me. With hiding home turned on (on by default), the first and last 500 metres of the route are not shown to others.
Results in a challenge - to the opponent.
Approximate area and "about N km" - to users nearby, only while I have turned on "Nearby" myself, and for no longer than 4 hours.

My phone number, messages and data I have not published are not disclosed.

Conditions and prohibitions

I can control what is visible at any time in the app's privacy settings: who sees my profile, who can message me, taking part in the city leaderboard, hiding home, "Nearby", and the visibility of each workout. Changing the settings means setting or removing conditions and prohibitions under Part 9 of Article 10.1 of 152-FZ.

In addition, I set the following prohibitions:

for the operator - to publish my data outside the app, including on the website and in search engines;
for other users - to collect, copy and disclose my data outside the app without my consent.

Term

The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.

Withdrawal and request to stop disclosure

You can stop disclosure at any time: close your profile, turn off taking part in the leaderboard, change the visibility of workouts, delete them or the whole account. You can also write to davydovsergey96@yandex.ru: give your name, the phone number of the account and which data should no longer be shown.

The operator stops disclosure no later than 3 working days after receiving the request (Part 14 of Article 10.1 of 152-FZ).
